How do I receive my purchase?
All purchases are delivered automatically and instantly. Simply join AurexMC, and your items will be waiting for you.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually instant. If you do not receive your items within 10 minutes, please relog. If the issue persists, contact support.

Do I need to be online to receive my purchase?
No. Your purchase will be applied the next time you join the server.

Can I refund my purchase?
No. All sales are final. Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.

Can I gift a purchase to another player?
Yes! Enter the recipient’s username during checkout.

Gold is an in-game currency. Use /goldshop in-game to spend it.

How do I use crate keys?
Type /warp crates in-game to access the crate area.
